Blender is computer software for 3D modeling. It’s opensource, meaning it is free to use and the development is supported by donations from people who use it for their creative work. It’s great software. It’s a tool that can be used to make animated films, games, photo-realistic art and so forth. It is not the same thing as generative AI, which can be used to create fake images and videos based on written prompts. Using Blender takes a lot of technical work and creative effort. It is a very powerful tool.
You can check out the current version of Blender at the blender.org website.
